No. The built-in catalog searches by name or by barcode. 14 data sources fill the entries automatically.
Yes, through iCloud, at no cost and with no extra account to create. Sync is on by default across all your Apple devices.
Yes. The export produces a ZIP archive that holds all your data and all your photos. The import can then merge or replace.
No. The app includes no analytics, tracking or advertising tool. Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud.
